Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser to help a site remember preferences or behaviour. This policy also covers browser storage (LocalStorage and SessionStorage) and third-party scripts that work in a similar way.

These are required for the site to work and do not need consent. They are not used for advertising and do not identify you.

• NEXT_LOCALE — a cookie that remembers your language.
• Theme (light/dark) — kept in LocalStorage, never sent to our servers.
• bt_cookie_consent — kept in LocalStorage to remember whether you accepted or rejected marketing cookies.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate traffic statistics, cookieless and non-identifying.

We use the following providers’ tools to measure our advertising (for example, which ad led to a contact-form enquiry) and to show you relevant ads on their platforms. Their scripts load only after you press “Accept all” or switch the marketing category on in the settings. Until then, nothing is sent to these providers.

• Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google) — traffic and ad-conversion measurement. Cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_*.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms / Facebook) — measurement and advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies such as _fbp, _fbc.
• LINE Tag (LY Corporation) — measurement and advertising on LINE. Cookies such as __lt__cid, __lt__sid.

These providers may process data outside Thailand under their own privacy policies. They receive the pages you view, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and events such as a contact-form submission (never the text you typed).

If you arrive from an ad link, its click identifier (gclid, fbclid) is held temporarily in that browser tab (SessionStorage) and kept for up to 90 days only if you consent to marketing cookies. If you reject them, it is deleted immediately.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw, we stop sending data to the providers above and delete their cookies from this site. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may reset your language or theme and bring the cookie banner back. Your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) are described in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.
