Blicktech Consultant Company Limited ("Company", "we") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data when you use blicktechconsultant.co.th.

2. Personal data we collect

Contact form: When you press "Send message", what you typed is submitted to our system, stored as an enquiry, and notified to our team by email and LINE. If that submission fails, the form falls back to opening your mail client with the message pre-filled — in that case you send it yourself.

Data we collect from this form:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Company / organisation (optional)
  • Your message text

Technical data we may collect automatically when you visit:

  • IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, non-identifying)
  • Your language and theme (light/dark) preferences, stored in browser LocalStorage only — never sent to us.
  • Only if you consent to marketing cookies: cookie identifiers, pages visited, device data, ad click identifiers (gclid/fbclid) and events such as a contact-form submission, collected by Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LINE Tag (see the Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
  • Provide agreed services
  • Improve the website and services
  • Measure and improve our advertising (only with your consent to marketing cookies)
  • Comply with applicable law

Lawful bases: consent (for inquiries), contract performance (for clients), and legitimate interests (site improvements). Marketing cookies rely on your consent alone.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose it only (a) with your consent (for example, if you accept marketing cookies, site-usage data is sent to Google, Meta and LY Corporation (LINE), which may process it outside Thailand under their own policies), (b) to processors that help us operate (e.g., infrastructure provider Cloudflare), under confidentiality obligations, or (c) when required by law or court order.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. General inquiries: up to 2 years. Client records: as required by tax and accounting law (up to 10 years).

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your data
  • Correct your data
  • Erase or destroy your data
  • Restrict processing
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent
  • File a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
